Jillene Cahill

A creative thinker, she finds innovative ways to address difficulties and is relentless in the pursuit to find her client’s dream home.

A native Utahn through and through, Jillene was born in Sandy, graduated from Park City High School and then earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Utah. When she became a mother, Jillene wanted her daughters to experience a quintessential small-town lifestyle that involved being active outside in Utah’s great outdoors; she knew there was no place better than Wasatch Back to raise her children.

Before entering the world of real estate, Jillene was involved in television, hosting the real estate show “House and Home” for Park City Television, among other programs. Jillene loved touring and finding homes for her family and friends, and often found herself thinking about real estate. This eventually led to the realization that she could pursue this passion as a career, so in 2000 she took the leap and began working with Fieldstone Homes and a variety of Utah-based home developers for the next ten years.

Jillene eventually joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010 after being drawn to their reputation as Utah’s only full-service real estate brokerage capable of providing an unrivaled luxury real estate experience for every property – regardless of the location, price point, or size of home. Benefitting from this support has allowed Jillene to focus her efforts on providing clients with elevated local real estate services that are backed by the global reach and power of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, thanks to in-house teams specializing in transaction management, marketing and advertising, professional photography, videography, and more. For the past five years, she has had the pleasure of working side-by-side with her daughter Kambrin. Past experience and her success working with various developments – as well as hosting a local real estate show – have all equipped Jillene with a vast knowledge of the Park City and Deer Valley® area markets. Focused on representing buyers for much of her career, Jillene has developed a knack and a passion for finding the perfect home for Summit County newcomers hoping to experience the Park City dream lifestyle.

Jillene relocated to the scenic Kamas Valley in 2012, where she soon gained an in-depth understanding of the area and has done an outstanding job of bringing buyers and sellers together in the local community. Since then, she has enjoyed living near the serenity and peace of the Weber River, as well as a plethora of outdoor activities and easy proximity to Park City.

When she isn’t working, Jillene enjoys skiing with her two daughters and spending time with her dogs and horses in the beautiful mountains of the Wasatch Back. She is also an accomplished pianist and enjoys the finer things in life including live music and good food. An active member of her local community, Jillene served as Director of the Board of Directors for the Park City Board of Realtors® from 2007 to 2009, has taken on countless philanthropic causes and involved herself in numerous other community-based organizations to give back to this special area of Utah that she calls home.
